Most modern EVs use CCS for DC fast charging and Type 2 for AC home/slow charging. Check your vehicle's charge port before arriving at a station.

Pricing is displayed on-screen before you start a session. Pay-as-you-go rates are per kWh. linqEV Plus and Pro subscribers enjoy discounts. Rates vary by location and time of day.
Plug in your vehicle, then either tap your linqEV RFID card on the reader, or open the app and tap "Start Session." The station will beep and the light ring will turn green to confirm charging has begun.

Yes! linqEV Plus and Pro subscribers can reserve specific linqs up to 30 minutes in advance via the app. The reservation holds the point and alerts you as you approach.
We accept all major credit and debit cards via the app, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and pre-loaded linqEV RFID cards. No cash payments are accepted at any linqEV station.
OCPP (Open Charge Point Protocol) is the open standard we use to communicate with our chargers. It means your linqEV station works with any OCPP-compatible back-office system — crucial for fleet and site managers.
Yes. All payment data is processed via PCI-DSS compliant gateways. We never store raw card details. Session data is encrypted in transit and at rest using industry-standard AES-256 encryption.
Use the "Report a linq" button in the app or scroll down on this page to find the quick report form. Include the linq ID (printed on the unit) and a brief description of the fault.
